Plumpton went Premier in 2024!
In 2024, Plumpton hosted its first Premier Fixtures, being one of the first courses in the UK to hold a premier raceday. Premierisation is enhancing the quality, prestige and experience of certain dates in the racing calendar, meaning you have the chance to see top-quality horses and increased prize money!
The Sussex National, already a highlight of our racing calendar was the perfect choice for our first Premier Fixture, the day featured thrilling races with larger prize pots and a whole host of excitement with the new Stayers Hurdle. We followed this success at Easter with a second Premier Fixture at the busiest weekend of our racing year.
We look forward to building on this in the 24/25 season.
