What a great day out at Plumpton Races, the staff were so friendly, facilities were great and lunch in the Marquee was excellent! Highly recommend for a great day out for the whole family. Thank you to everyone for making a super day out for my 90 year old father and looking after us so well.

We had not been to this racecourse before but have been to a number of racecourses in England. Easy to get around, good facilities, food outlets were reasonable and a free racecard was a nice surprise. Would come back.

Always a pleasure to attend this friendly little racecourse. Unusually for a racecourse it serves decent ale for starters. There’s always a great ambience too and brecause it is compact there is never far too walk between grandstand, paddock, bookies, bar, tote etc.

Got our tickets in advance with no booking fee and could collect them on the day, also no charge. 7 races in total – spaced apx half an hour apart.
Train station is on the course and is only 55 min from London Victoria. Very nice parade ring with unrestricted viewing of the horses. Also had food and drink from Plumpton’s on site bars and food from on site vendors – good value & good hot food.

Had such a good day at the races, the staff were so friendly and welcoming which made it more enjoyable. I’d never been to the races before but I would definitely go again after here and I recommend as a great day out!

You can’t beat Plumpton for a day out at the races, right up close to the action and easier to walk around. Definitely a must for a family fun day out in the summer. Especially ladies day!!

It wasn’t my first visit and it won’t be my last vist Such a charming venue , love it for its compact size, really enjoy being able to see the horses close up in the paddock. All staff were really friendly.

We had one of the best meals ever at a racecourse restaurant yesterday. Even catering for a very fussy eater, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from all staff, and perfect viewing for both the paddock and course itself…

Great day out at a beautiful course set in the South Downs. Easy to get to by train, special bus service or car. Lots of great entertainment as well as the racing itself. Great food in the Paddock restaurant, Marquee or from the various food stands.

12 of us visited one of your boxes on 2^nd December to enjoy a day at races. The food was great and the service was fantastic. A brilliant day all round. Something that all Sussex based businesses should consider doing. Our clients and connections really enjoyed it.
